🌟 Once you have completed payment and finalized order confirmation, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order shipment and delivery.

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the 8:00 AM deadline will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process and ship it on the first business day thereafter. Please note that during promotional periods, there may be delays in shipping due to high order volume.

Shipping Duration and Costs:

Shipping Carrier:

To ensure our customers receive efficient and reliable delivery services, we assign the appropriate carrier to all orders based on the delivery address.

Tracking Information:

We will provide you with tracking information when your package ships. You will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation and tracking information. You can use the tracking number in the email to check the package status on the carrier’s website. You can also log in to your Ilariy account, find your order in “Order History,” and view the tracking number.

Taxes and Fees:

Our goods are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning that import duties are not included in the price. As the recipient, you are responsible for all possible import duties, customs duties, and sales tax in your country or region. You will need to pay these fees upon arrival of the package to ensure its smooth customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Package Delivery:

If you have not received your package, but the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered, please try the following:

• Check everything around the package. Carriers sometimes hand packages over to neighbors, property managers, or leave them on patios, in front of garages, in bushes, or on porches.

• If the tracking information shows that your package has been returned, please email [email protected] for further assistance.

Reasons for delayed package delivery may include:

• Incorrect address

• Payment delay or issue

• Changes made after order submission

• No one to sign for the package

If you are not home to receive the package, the courier will arrange a redelivery by phone or by leaving a pickup notice card. If you receive a pickup notice card, please schedule a new delivery time according to the contact information on the card. The second delivery is free, but subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

If multiple deliveries fail, your package will be returned. In this case, we may charge a redelivery or address change fee, which will be charged based on actual costs.

Missing items in the package:

In most cases, items you think are “missing” may actually be hidden in inconspicuous places in the package; you may need to check carefully.

Additionally, you can check our shipping confirmation email to confirm that all items have been shipped in the same package. Sometimes, some items in an order may be shipped in batches.

If you still cannot find the missing item, please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” page and provide your order number, and we will assist you with further investigation.

Multi-Package Orders:

Because many products need to be shipped in multiple packages, although we try our best to deliver all items at once, some orders may be delivered in batches. If this happens, please wait two business days before contacting us again to inquire about the missing item.
