Important Notes

Items Eligible for Return: Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains and damage, and all tags and packaging must be intact. Please submit your return request within 28 days of receipt; returns submitted after this period will not be processed.

Packaging Requirements: Please pack the clothing properly to prevent wrinkles, dirt, or damage during transportation. Do not attach waybills or tape directly to the original packaging; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Items Not Accepted for Return: Sale items are not eligible for return. If clothing is unsellable due to wearing, washing, or soiling, we reserve the right to refuse a return request. Ilariy is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the return process.

Shipping Costs: For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, the original shipping cost (if applicable) and return shipping cost will be borne by the seller. For returns due to personal reasons (dislike, unsuitability, wrong size, etc.), the original shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Return Process

Return Request: Please submit a return request to Ilariy via email within 28 days of receiving the goods.

Obtain Return Authorization (RAM): After our review and approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RAM) and relevant return information. Please process the return only after receiving this information.

Choose a Secure Carrier: Please pack the goods properly and choose a reputable and reliable courier company to avoid damage during transit.

Waiting for Processing: After sending the goods, please wait patiently. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will complete the subsequent refund process for you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Return Processing: After receiving and inspecting your returned goods (within 5 business days), your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund Time: Once the refund is issued, the payment service provider may need 3-7 business days to process it. The specific time is determined by the payment service provider and is beyond our control.

Not Received Refund: If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If the problem persists after these steps, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

Currently, Ilariy does not offer exchange services. If the item you purchased does not meet your needs, you can proceed with the following steps:

Return Request: You can request a return within 28 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the item is brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process: We will process your refund according to our return policy. Once the refund is complete, you can choose to repurchase the item you wish to receive.
