Our motto is “Getting kids to the future,” and that applies to our team as well. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the company’s business and gain genuine career development opportunities in the fashion industry.
At Ilariy, we believe every beautiful girl needs a wardrobe full of outfits for every occasion. As parents, we know all too well how buying party clothes for our little ones can quickly add up to a significant expense. That’s why we created this brand: providing high-quality, durable clothing that kids will love year after year.
Being part of the Ilariy team comes with plenty of perks, from a generous staff discount to our cycle-to-work scheme.
We know work-life balance matters. That’s why we offer 25 days of annual leave, flexible working, and hybrid opportunities where the role allows.
We’re committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and equal workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, fostering an environment where everyone feels like they belong.
